With its stunning ocean views and amazing location, the house was designed by the architect to be upside down to optimize the views on the entertainment level. But honestly there is seldom a spot in this 12,000 square foot home without a stellar view. We began working with the client on this house when there were only pylons in the dirt. With the client’s input, the architect’s vision and the marriage of each into the design, the house developed into a warm and inviting space that frames the surrounding water like art. As many projects do, this home faced its fair share of obstacles and delays. But it was a labor of love for all involved and it has become a very special home. We are excited to begin furnishing and finishing the home this year. Stay tuned.
